The trailer for Reservation Road, the movie with scenes at Lake Compounce is up. There are three specific shots in the trailer, and someone pointed out that the characters are improperly loaded on the Music Express (but can you tell me why? ^_~). I think it comes out in November.

Dave and I went to Lake Compounce today, and we had a pretty good time. It was a beautiful day, especially since we spent most of our time in the water park. Dave got in safe and sound. We had lunch at KFC, where I tried their new Tangy Teriyaki boneless wings, which unfortunately didn't taste teriyaki at all. More like a mix of orange chicken and sweet and sour.
Mostly we just watched stuff (Candide, PDQ Bach, and Bill Cosby, Himself), but tomorrow we're going to Lake Compounce.

Today the Twister's motor decided to die (at least, that's what I heard), and the official proclamation happened while I was there in the rotation. This mixed things up a bit, but I got to sit backstage for an hour, so it was all good for me. I picked up my paycheck today, and it turned out no one ever claimed the money I turned in last year, so I got the money today.
I had an okay day, but it was long. I need to go to bed.

It was a pretty eventful day, what with me falling flat on my back first thing in the morning (actually, I was almost out the door on my way to work). Luckily, I only have a bruise on my elbow to show for it, but it really hurts. Still.
